My record came with a slightly bent cover plate, so it sounded worse than my old one. Tested it at best and they were able to fix the issue; show me the dent in the plate that caused the problem. Small fan blades hit the dent, which can lead to premature component wear. We agreed it wasn't done that way. It wasn't bad quality, thing worked fine after adjustment. We decided the problem was that there wasn't enough spacer for shipping and it got damaged in shipping. It arrived in the form of a small mailbox. Other than that small initial release, it worked fantastically.
