They're not strong, I have thicker ones that I'm more comfortable with, but since they don't spend much time on the plate or grill mat, they work great. If you are going to use them on an open fire I would recommend going for thicker ones.
- Easy to clean, reusable. Unlike wooden and bamboo sticks, stainless steel skewers are reusable. The surface of the kebab skewer is smooth, so the remains of the fried food do not stick to the kebab skewer blade. After each use, simply leave these BBQ skewers in warm water, hand wash with mild detergent or throw in the dishwasher, wipe off the water and keep dry and they're good as new. Metal skewers can be used over and over again. Definitely save money.
