Review on Range Kleen BW5 Bakeware Toaster by Beverly Smith

When I was looking for these pans I thought I had considered all the sizing information available on the product page. However, these pans have less usable internal space than I expected. The pans are good, I won't be returning them, but they definitely deserve their Petite name. I use them in the Breville Smart Oven and there is still plenty of room on the Breville shelf. Three trays stack for easy storage. All are 8 1/2" x 7" INTERNAL dimensions (approx) and the broiler is 1 1/2" deep. This is slightly different from the overall 8" x 10" size I was expecting. The Measurements of 8" x 10" include the rims of the pots. To be fair, the product description says 8" x 10" edge to edge. I just didn't give that fact the proper attention. The baking sheet holds two slices of medium Bread or four frozen or sliced and baked cookies. A crispier pan will warm up a slice of pizza without clumping, or enough frozen fries for two servings. I don't really need a frying pan, I wanted two other pans, but I'm sure that "I can't find anything to use them. Nothing has stuck to the pans and they clean up very well with dish soap and hot water. These pans should not be used under a grill as they are rated for temperatures of 450 degrees or ni edriger recommended. There is nothing wrong with these pans and they are good for a serving or two. In case you're wondering, pans are made in China.
