Arrived on time, but missing parts

We needed an emergency change in deadbolts, and the package arrived on time, but missing an entire set of screws for installation. So we're still stuck with 1 unlocked door until we can find the correct screws.Pretty frustrating for the price to have to go lioking for parts.
