Review on πŸ”₯ Forney 55672 Bandit III Flip Front Welding Helmet - Shade-10, Black: A Reliable Protective Gear for Welders by Eddie Fowler

Good idea, bad execution

I would put a minus. Good idea but bad implementation. As others have mentioned, lifting the helmet over your head is very heavy (unbalanced). There is no effective way to keep him in this position; He falls back on your face. If you try to tighten the side handles to hold the hood up you will eventually rip off the plastic strings and of course it's game over for a properly working hood. Additionally, its simple tensioning mechanism (although the plastic threads remain intact) prevents a heavy hood (glass/screen/metal makes the hood relatively heavy) from slowly lowering into position. I do not recommend!
