First of all, this is an air mattress, so it will never be as comfortable as a real mattress. For an air mattress, however, this is very practical. It was very easy to use, just plug it in and press the button. I bought a twin size and packed it in a suitcase for my son. My husband, 6ft 1200lbs, also lay on it and had no problems or discomfort. I would suggest a mattress pad and sheet for warmth as the bed itself can get cold. The twin fits in hand luggage along with bed sheets and a mattress topper. It's a little tricky but to keep the kids from having to share a bed was worth every penny!
