Initial impression: It appears to be constructed in the same manner, out of similar materials to another LED drop light I have had for 3 or 4 years (different brand), but it is still going strong.The other light I have is on a reel. I bought this light because I needed the portability and because of the similarities described above.
- this light will do the job very bright
- Cord can be damaged or frayed over time
