I bought this to install my security camera. Although it didn't fit them perfectly, I was able to get them working with a little modification. However, some things were harder to fix than others. The cut was pretty awful. They were rough, almost jagged, and difficult to thread into the line fitting. I had to force the coupling with pliers to get it onto the threads even if it didn't fit perfectly, after which I had to use some silicone to make it waterproof. Pros: - Metal box - Pretty cheap compared to other boxes. Cons: - Plastic plugs, metal boxes usually come with metal plugs - Poor threads - Not suitable for popular brands like HKVision or Dahua. If you want to get something that works out of the box, I don't think you need that. I spent more time fixing threads and mods than wiring and connecting cameras.
