The blinds seem frail, but most importantly, I ordered 31.5" because I wanted to mount it on the outside of my window. I have a 60" wide window but I wanted two blinds because I wanted to operate the sides independently. There's also a construction site with a multifloor building behind me so I wanted to have some additional privacy. I bought these used because I was a bit skeptical of the quality, but I never expected to get a product much shorter than what I ordered!I've gone ahead and installed them for the privacy needs, fortunately the window has about 2" frames so it fits right in the window opening but I'm disappointed. The set came missing one of the bottom clamps, one double sided tape, and one of the pieces for no drill install was broken.
