I bought this coffee maker because my boyfriend is coming soon. I brewed a coffee pot to test, everything worked fine, the coffee was delicious, easy to use, etc. A few days passed, I wanted to try another coffee pot, and nothing. even warm. When I received the package it was recycling day, so all the packaging material was recycled immediately. When I called Revain to tell them what happened and explain the packaging issue, the rep was nice. No problem, find another box and take it to the delivery store with the tag you received via email. READY. When I got home my refund was being processed. Almost painless!
