This is a nice simple coffee maker that I keep in the office to replace our previous cheap coffee maker. Bought for an aging woman. she loved it. Easy to use and very fast. As another reviewer mentioned, the five cup capacity is misleading. However, when filled with water, it completely fills two large cups of coffee. A small amount of water heats up quickly.
