I like this product a lot. It helps me not to drill into drywall and think about how to play with the wiring or avoid drilling wires. He's sticky! It will also hold a decent weight as I am currently using it to attach floating shelves to the wall rather than nails. I don't know if it will peel the paint off, but a little paint is a lot better than putting it on a dry wall.
