I've been using my old Foley food grinder for 35 years and it has worked so well for me that when I realized they are now making stainless steel I was keen to upgrade. I figured a Foley brand would suffice, although the price was lower than some I've researched. However, I was disappointed that it just didn't get all the pulp like my old one. My old one had leftover meat that was dry and very little left, but this one looks like there was some pulp left. The mill just doesn't get it, so I end up throwing it away. aggravating. If I didn't know what the old one would do, I wouldn't admit that the new design doesn't live up to the mark.
