I bought this for my garage. I wasn't expecting audiophile or even remotely good quality. I just wanted something that had some music when I was there and that was cheap and just what I needed. It arrived well packaged and made a good impression. Beautiful construction for less than $40. Then I plugged it in and turned it on. No sound, just smoke, that acrid smoke, like a shorted transformer. As always, Revain was great in his comeback. There are no problems. Will just leave it. Maybe I got a bad one, but I think it was a common problem when I look at the reviews. I'll replace it with something else. Won't let another burn down my house
