Review on πŸ”§ Seamless Sealing Made Easy: Stainless Steelhead Caulking Finishing Applicator by Warren Hess

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not much help for power and hand tools

Not sure where the 5/5 ratings are coming from but this set is marginally useful at best and certainly doesn't match the cost of a set. What you see in the amazing video doesn't happen in real life at all. Few of the tools were helpful, like the plastic scraper, but the downside is that the plastic scraper's spreading tool keeps popping over it, making it painful. Scratch. You also need to clean the tool or what will happen is the spreader will hit it and then close so you can't get to the plastic scraper. spreader. I found the black plastic tool useful for getting behind a faucet head that I couldn't reach. Cons = 3 green tips doesn't spread sealer in a nice line and is made for an incredibly HUGE line of sealer, not just a simple sealer to be used on a sink or bathtub. They also only fit in full caulking gun sized containers, not the smaller caulking containers you can buy. = The metal end of your scraping tool doesn't take any sealant I've tried to apply or remove. Overall the best tools I used were a spatula (not included), a finger, and marker tape (not included). I see many of these sets for sale. I don't know if they've had more success with others.

Pros
  • Caulk Guns
Cons
  • Big and bulky
