Review on Panasonic BQ-CC50ASBA eneloop Individual Battery Charger with Dual LED Indicators, White by Sal Mattocks

I have 4 eneloop batteries that have been charged with a home made charger with a C rate greater than 10. They're a few years old and their capacity has decreased, but they still charge and power a pair of wireless headphones. This charger seemed like a good idea to replace my improvised one. There are two green charge indicators, one for each battery. If they are flashing, there is a communication problem or the batteries are "dead or not charging". This charger will not charge any of them. The lights are flashing, which according to the extremely limited instructions means the charger has determined they're not good enough to charge. Obviously too finicky to deal with anything other than new batteries. If he has any problems with the new set of 4 eneloop batteries he just bought he will return. Maybe anyway. This is not the performance I expected.
