I knit socks and use this bag to carry and store my products. It is well made and the fabrics and materials used appear to be of high quality. However, the inner pockets are mesh, and the tips of my needles get stuck in small holes. I know the bag is for cosmetics/toiletries, but I mention this because I imagine some hair accessories, makeup brush handles, etc. will also be small enough to be caught. The bag was folded for shipping and the bottom still wants to wrinkle --- it doesn't want to hold its shape. However, it's a good bag for the price and if your stuff fits in it, it's great for travel.
