I installed this on my Cummins 4BT which was swapped out for an F150 to dampen the chatter/nuisance of a straight tube tractor engine. That helped. It's a no-nonsense design and there aren't many bugs. If the welds are good (and they are) then there's no reason this shouldn't last. It appears to be stainless steel and welds well with mild steel. Very impressive. So much so that I can buy another one and put it in line on the same exhaust pipe to reduce the noise a little more.
