According to AEM website this product is only for normal TL/CL and some Honda 3.0 V6, here is address of AEM application page for this #[.] Part numbers for Type S: 21-419 and 21-509 for 03 CLS manual gearbox. Trust me I have a speed of 1 in 2000 of 03 6 and have been looking for an AEM V2 since I put the Prelude on and I love it! More information; the last letter after the item number is the colour. Hope this helps and that's probably why the other reviewer was unhappy.
