Much easier to use than parchment paper. And since you can wash them and reuse them, that's no problem. It's about 1 1/2" narrower and about 1/2" longer than my pans, but it doesn't matter. The biscuit will cook beautifully on a dark brown stripe around the brown center. Also, they don't slide off your baking sheet and knock all your cookies off the bottom when you take them out of the oven, which happened to me twice with parchment paper. It's not like they stick to the pan. In fact, they don't slide on the baking sheet.
