Must be vigorously swung to get oil to flow out of the brush tip. The scent doesn't last long, which is a little disappointing, and there's only about an inch and a half of oil in that large syringe. I'm not sure how long that will take. I'm wondering if any oil would be easy to use, like coconut, apricot ($4 per bottle), or some other oil. Fill an empty nail polish bottle so you have a brush with the oil you want. I think any oil will keep your nails moisturized. I could be wrong, but that's how I see it. My nails look very pretty because they shine with this oil, but they will shine with any oil. I think the only benefit of this oil is that it has a scent, but it only lasts about 60 seconds or 2 minutes and that's it.
