Review on πŸ“€ Efficient Produplicator 1 to 5 24X Burner CD DVD Duplicator - Fast Standalone Copier Duplication Tower by Brandon Carraway

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Excellent unit; Be sure to check the options before you buy

Produplicator 1 to 5 24X Burner M-Disc Support CD DVD Duplicator--------------- Advantages:* Very easy to use * Three cooling fans keep the device running continuously for a long period of time without interruption. * Rapid duplication and comparative review. At recommended optimal speed, you can make 5 copies with full comparison/verification in about 5 minutes - 3 minutes if you skip the comparison step. And if your master is in good condition, you can use higher speeds and cut that time in half.* Each disc can optionally be labeled as "Source".* Works fine with multiple brands and types of CDs (I haven't tried any DVDs) * The hard disk option (see the Cons section below) allows you to save the disc image to HD, and then all six drives become available for copying, meaning you can make six copies at once. .Neutral:* The setting from the system menu is a bit tedious as there are only four buttons, but that's to be expected.* Note that the default setting does not copy CD-Text and sets all track gaps to 2 seconds. can copy text and save spaces of other lengths, but you must enable these features in the settings. On the other hand, you only have to set this setting once and it is saved for future sessions.* Positioning the control module in the middle of the device is a strange choice. When the CD drives are open above the control panel, it is difficult to see the status screen or reach the control buttons. I fixed this by moving the control box into the top drive bay and moving the top pair of drives down one bay each. . - An additional 1TB hard drive that allows you to copy ISO files from a computer to a duplicator's hard drive via a USB port - it's easy to add yourself; All you need is a 3.5" SATA drive (500GB to 1TB), a SATA cable and four screws. - There is also an unlisted USB option, but if you don't receive it when you order the device, you won't be able to add it later without sending your device back to Produplicator. This option is only $30, but YOU pay for shipping, which can cost $100 or more. Without the USB option, the only way to transfer ISO files from your computer to the machine's hard drive is to burn them onto a CD in your computer and then use that CD to transfer them to the copier's hard drive burn. to find a way to add an aftermarket USB option. They finally came for me and sent me a free USB board ($75 value) so I could install it myself, so I'm updating their tech support and giving this review one more star. Bottom line: if you're looking for an easy and reliable way to rip a bunch of CDs without whistling, this device is a solid choice. But be careful - if you need the USB or HDD options, don't buy them from Revain - go straight to Produplicator and get the options; You will not regret it.
