Neck not deep enough for bulky fabrics

Tool worked as advertised. Poor instruction manual (too small to read) Caps cannot be accurately positioned. (pulls out) There is not enough clearance for bulky tissue when crimping the snap rod. The workaround is to crimp the locking bar from the outside, which will leave marks on the fabric if you press too hard. As this is just a tool to replace damaged latches. I believe the tool is functional enough for its purpose
