It wasn't too bad when I bought them but there is a part under the heel that becomes like a suction cup when walking. It makes a sound like I'm wearing flip flops. I also feel the popping when I light my foot while walking. I will not buy it again until the problem is fixed. Could be a little more comfortable but what can you expect for $30.
