I received my set with separate wicks and tips. never mind except that the wicks are too thick to thread through the tip. I've tried using tweezers and thin pointed objects to push it through, but I've only managed to snap off the ends. Finally, I tried to burn the ends a bit, which ended up making the wick stiff enough to thread through the ceramic tip. A guide would be helpful. The product description must state that the products are not included and show a picture to help you understand what you are ordering.
