Does not display the remaining battery level.

I hate burning this product but I have no choice. My guess is that like me you are buying this product to connect to your 48v system on a bay cart or other electric powertrain. Vehicle to monitor battery status and prevent deep discharge or damage. In order to reproduce this, the display needs to be calibrated to show a red state as you approach the critical 50% charge, based on industry standard common voltage readings. This does not happen as you might hope when using this product. I installed this product in a 2015 Club Car Precedent along with 6 new 8V cast lead acid batteries. Then I did about 5 hours of easy running on a paved surface with gentle slopes and flat areas. Each time I charged the batteries with a good quality 48 volt Delta-Q IC 650 charger charged with charging algorithm #71. This was done for the first burglary. Each charge ended normally, the charger was turned off and reset to ensure cell alignment. indicate less than full. I needed free time after 2pm to give it up. Using a good quality GREENLEE voltmeter set at 200 volts, I periodically stopped the car for at least half an hour and measured the battery voltage until it dropped to the listed 49.5 volts but the battery gauge still reads FULL. I have included a photo of an installed voltmeter as well as a printed chart correlating voltage to state of charge and then I also include a photo of a faulty battery gauge showing full charge. The display shows 10 LED segments, you can assume that at this point (49.5 volts) the LED strip will move 3 bars to the left to show bar #7 of 10, or 70% of the remaining ( 49.48V = 70% remaining) . Band 5 leftmost or the 5th band on the left should be a YELLOW band indicating 50% charge remaining and firing very close to 48.4 volts. At this point I haven't connected the charger yet, I'll try to power down the pack again to see if the LED strips move before I reach the critical 50% voltage of 48.40V, or themselves move toward center indicator. I don't think so at the moment as the sensor is supposed to tell you when the voltage drops so you can track the loss and estimate remaining usage as well as protect your battery investment. I will update as I collect more data. HUSUKU really just needs to recalibrate this product to show the voltage levels the customer wants to see. If a product doesn't give me a way to check the voltage and I still have to carry a voltmeter to get an approximate remaining charge level, that product is a total failure. Note for HUSUKU, voltage diagram shown. Just use these to set the trigger points on the LED strips and use the colors as shown in the diagram. This should be easy to troubleshoot and alert the customer to battery degradation/aging, voltage drop during use, downtime for charging, and more. This prevents deep discharge cycles and cell damage.
