The hook is perpendicular, not parallel as stated in the question and answer
The product itself is well made. I purchased this item based on the comments in the Q&A section and the pictures. The hook is in the wrong orientation for what I need. If the hook were parallel as stated, it would lie flat on the ground. The hook points up, which means it is perpendicular to the handle. No need to mess around with the return, I can get it to work but I'm very disappointed. Someone out there should know the difference between parallel and perpendicular.
