I like how it can be used to create new forms or templates for different types of documents (e-mails/letters etc.).
It is easy enough if someone who has no experience in using this type of program would have some difficulty learning all its functions quickly so they could use them effectively once trained by an experienced user. This product allows me as my supervisor to easily send out reminders via e-mail about upcoming deadlines without having to manually go through each employee's individual information one at time.
