This is an excellent video system, with really sharp and clear pictures in daylight (and quite impressive night vision in the dark). It is clear that this system is thoughtfully designed and nicely finished and of excellent quality. It has some nice features, such as overwriting the oldest videos on the chip, automatically coordinating the date/ time via your router to the internet, a logical file system that records videos according to camera and then by date and then by hour. My only gripe is that there isn't a user manual, only a quick start guide. To really understand some issue, you will need to spend time trying things out or working with Tonton Customer support. I was initially having trouble viewing the videos on my Windows 10 PC (inserting the chip from the LCD display unit into the SD port of my computer) and Customer support found the solution: use the Potplayer video player.
