I received a new monster tire as a gift. Of course I don't have the receipt and the side of the hoop that connects my embroidery unit is broken. Long story short, DIME support, more like an absence, said without acknowledgment that they wanted nothing to do with my issue. I have a Bernina 560 and the tire never attaches smoothly. The tire is good, the company's customer service is more than unhelpful, it's very frustrating. They didn't even offer repairs. I don't know where the tires were bought, just new out of the box. At 75, DIME is the most disappointing and incompetent company I have ever dealt with.
