I thought current OCR software would make business card reading pretty accurate and reliable. I'm the president of a corporation and I expect to be able to type business cards quickly without spending a lot of time verifying accuracy. However, about 50% of the time I have to make changes to the scanned cards, which probably robs the device. A fast typist can type just as fast. My recommendation is that unless you can afford to waste money, it's not a very good investment if you're a fast keyboard user. Entering data slowly will probably save you time with around 100 cards. More time or money needs to be spent on improving OCR software. If they can reliably achieve 80% accuracy or better, I'd be more inclined to support them.
