I started using mascara a few weeks ago and am happy with the results so far. Of course, time will tell. The cartridges are recognized by the printer system as original HP cartridges and show the ink level, which is a big plus. Update: This is the second time that after printing about 35 pages, mostly black and white, the cartridge change failed again; The ink levels showed that both the black and color cartridges were full, but halfway through printing the attached page, the levels were empty. I restarted my system but that didn't help, the ink level is still empty. The method of maintaining the ink didn't matter; Cartridges are just bad. I tried (again) this time to contact the seller but couldn't find a link to do so. Bottom line $29.00 wasted. I hope Revain steps in and does the right thing.
