Review on Diamond Multimedia Graphics 2048X1152 1920X1080 by Luis Thompson

I've been skeptical about any USB display device, but this one works surprisingly well. Works great with Windows 10 after running the installation disc. You can adjust the desktop resolution and position through the Windows display properties, just like any other monitor. I didn't experience any noticeable lag, blurring, or stability issues. To be honest, my requirements are relatively low. I'm using this to start my third monitor. This is an old LCD screen with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 I believe. I usually save a document or webpage there while I work. In my use, I don't notice any difference between this monitor and the monitors driven by my graphics card. I have no idea how it will handle heavier usage like HD video or gaming, but it's pretty good for general purpose computing.
