Not sure how they are rated 4e. Her form is barely 2e. When you put them on you feel like you are standing on a narrow strip that makes your foot unstable. It's like trying to get into a hot air balloon. Dangerous for ankles. If they had enough midsole to actually be 4e wide, it most likely wouldn't cause the foot to roll left or right. In any case, these shoes will not work if you have wide feet. I've been wearing the New Balance 10 4e for years and they just don't go together. Very small. Very unstable. I don't recommend them if you have a narrow foot.
