Once I got used to using one of these things, I really liked this collar and the remote flash on both. Both are a good size, the minimal adjustment to prevent the pup from accidentally toasting was a relief. At first I was frustrated with the delay after "timeout" and thought it wasn't working until I realized it must be timeout sleep and after realizing I was a bit faster on the double tap and I was working fine have and am happy. But one morning I noticed that a pin was inserted. I pulled it out and didn't think it was interchangeable, I thought it was also because she didn't wear the collar all day, mostly outside or when she was angry. One night after her last walk we were laying on the couch and this unit overheated on my pup! damn hot, i took it off. disassembled and put in a bucket outside. Not sure if it was just a lemon but had to share.
