The best thing about safesite is that it is easy to use, has many features such as remote access, camera management etc. Also their customer service is great with no hassle in getting through and communicating well. Nothing at all. I would recommend safesite for everyone looking for reliable security services. Safe-site does help secure my home and office from fire or burglary. Remote access allows me to control what happens in my house with ease. The best part about safesite is that it has all of my insurance information in one place. I can look up any claim or incident, as well as update my claims history from anywhere at anytime! It's so easy to use and navigate through. There are some things I wish were easier to find (like an app for example), but overall this program works great! We have been able to streamline our process and make sure we know everything there is to know regarding each incident/claim.
