I don't want to spend my money on this item.

A toy for a very small radius, or when you need to connect a LAN device over the air at low speed. SMART TV does not pull normally. It's easier to buy a normal 5Gh router and turn it into repeater mode.

Pros

Similar in size to the old 850. Cute in appearance. Has LAN input/output

Cons

It does not work normally with a 5Gh network. When the network expands, it selects the strongest of the signals from the base router to receive, so only 2.4Gh is automatically connected and the 5Gh network is turned off for operation. Accordingly, then it retransmits both network frequencies through the 2.4Gh channel, which makes the speed no. A very poor setup application, which for some reason also requires registration. There are few settings for the repeater.
