I've never used wine corks, thinking I'd "let it breathe" or something. They just seemed elitist to me, like actually buying wine that's over $10 a bottle or so. Having said that, I have to admit that after a week the wine *really* seems to taste better using these handy little bottles. replacement plug. They're very easy to put on and take off the bottle, they're attractive and easy to clean, and they clearly work, as evidenced by the little uplifting burp the bottle makes when I take it out. They make a great gift and I will definitely get them included in future "wine and chocolate" raffle baskets.
