It was pretty easy to use, but I found it bled profusely. I used a low tack stencil spray to adhere the stencil to it and ended up using a stencil brush because when I tried the foam roller it bled profusely! I also hated the fact that I had to wait between uses of the stencil lest I ruin my project with a wet stencil. I ended up having to go over it with a white brush and manually paint over the smeared areas, but overall the brick looks a lot better on our fireplace! I'm doing the flooring in our bathroom right now and apart from the same complaints listed above it looks 100x better than what we had before!
