I like that it was simple enough so we could use without any training or assistance from our IT department (which consisted of one person). It didn't work very well when used in conjunction w/our EHR system which made switching between them rather difficult if you wanted your patient information up-to date across both systems at once time - especially since they were separate entities within different companies! We did not have this issue using other providers' products but only after moving over into an all Electronic Health Records environment where everything had been integrated together seamlessly by Epic Systems Corp., Inc..
