When I saw this I was looking for a simple bamboo cutting board, but was intrigued by the idea of the storage compartments and the ability to simply sweep food into it. I'm really glad I got this because it makes slicing and chopping so much easier and the storage containers are amazing. I even asked the seller if he could get additional storage containers and they assured me they are working on it. The real reason I want more storage containers is interesting: this product got me into preparing a lot of foods ahead of time. For example, I cut out food for salads and other meals for the next few days and simply store them in containers in the fridge. This saves a lot of time for preparation and cleaning.
