I'm an old school coffee drinker. Just give me a coffee from the drip machine and I'm happy camping. At least I was until I was introduced to pouring coffee. My husband and I loved it so much we had to order our own. And we are very happy with our alligator. I haven't had it long enough to comment on its durability but it appears to be well made and works very well. I will change my rating if it lacks durability but I don't really foresee it. A few notes: - I highly recommend using a gooseneck kettle as it makes controlling the flow of water around the area much easier. Do yourself a favor and do a little research on coffee makers. The first time I tried to use it I just read the instructions and poured it too quickly causing the hot water to turn a coffee color. bloom and how fast you water. It only took us about a week to make coffee the way we like it.
