The tool is very user friendly - it's easy for my team members who are not tech savvy to use and understand what we're doing as they can see all our actions at once without having to go back & forth between screens or apps. It also helps us keep track of how many emails have been sent out so far that day / week etc., making sure there aren't any gaps! I would like more features than just sending email campaigns because sometimes its hard keeping up with everything going on within the platform (ie. sales rep training schedule). Also being able to add attachments such as documents rather than linking them straight from an external file isn't ideal but this could be solved by using something else aside from the builtin document feature. We've started building relationships faster via LinkedIn and other social media platforms however; it has really helped improve contact rates especially if someone clicks onto one of these links instead of clicking into another website page.
