Used as the final filter for our kitchen sink, dishwasher, reverse osmosis system and fridge ice maker.... I use a 0.5 micron filter so a slight drop in pressure was to be expected.This case is not to blame.......Works well with my 40/60 psi well water system....Durable product... This unit really saves money to replace the reverse osmosis filter and fridge filters I don't need the fridge filter It gets water from the reverse osmosis system Great ice Note: if you pump the ice maker from the reverse osmosis system you will need one Bypass filter for fridge...otherwise the pressure will get too low.I found one on amazon for our vortex cooler...bypass caps are more expensive...I was able to buy a fixed filter is much cheaper.
