Good replacement for the original. My advice to anyone looking for a transmission seal is to get one just like the original. The national parts dealer didn't stock it, but they tried to sell me the rubber version they stocked. If you put on a cheap rubber gear and parts of it come loose in the gear, you may need to buy a new gear. Gears are very sensitive and expensive. Don't mess with cheap parts or fluids. Also purchase a torque wrench and torque to specification.
