If you decide you need a camshaft position sensor, save the headache and get a Hitachi. The improvement was immediately visible. It always starts on the first try and without a SLIP signal. The old one was unnamed and only lasted about 6 months before slowly starting to permanently turn off the sliding light and stop traffic. Fair enough, it's cheaper. But it started slowly, even on the first install. This starts on the first try. It accelerates like a new car. I am very glad that I listened to other reviewers and went for a slightly more expensive device from a well-known brand.
