In general, this product works well. Know it's a good problem solver and versatile design. Why only 3 stars? Because the installation is not easy and the instructions do not emphasize the most important points. They focus too much on the overall setup and not enough on the key part of threading and attaching the straps. So I wanted to make 3 suggestions as I was so close to sending it back after it fell twice: 1 - The straps have a trailing edge (threaded on the inside). It is very important that you have an adequate margin of safety. Let's say 2-3 inches wider than it goes. Otherwise, after tensioning, the tape can be pulled out 2 - the tapes have a leading edge (wrapped and inserted from the outside, then tightened). Complete it. Not little and not partially. All over. Otherwise you will not be able to tighten it enough 3 - Bracket Alignment. It wasn't obvious at all. At least my posture was very stiff. Yes, loosen 4 screws. But what then? I have a hammer to try banging my hands up or down. The idea is better. Use the stand yourself. More leverage. Less damage. 5 Stars. -1 star for unnecessarily complicated setup. -1 star for ridiculous prices. Between that rack, basket, and net (since it doesn't come with it like the local Blackburn rack does) we spent close to $200. That's a lot of money! I mean, they work as promised, but they're not made out of carbon fiber and titanium.
