The glass used for this jug is very thin. Broke after a week of use.

Love the look and size of this jug. There is a lid, which is also a big plus. But after a week of very careful use it broke when I just put it on the kitchen counter. I realized the glass was thin so I was very careful with it. It does not matter. I am very disappointed to say that I cannot recommend it.
