I like that you can upload photos from your computer to use as artwork, they're easy enough with customization options which is great when going through different companies/manufacturers! Not much but it's still worth mentioning because there are only so many features one would expect of an application this expensive (it does cost around $100 per photo or more). Make sure before hiring them do some research online about their past work history; if all looks good than proceed forward without any worries - otherwise ask questions until satisfied everything checks out ok :) Customization process took too long compared our expectations- we were expecting faster speeds after paying such high price tag & getting less results then expected during testing phase :/. They did what was asked at first however eventually gave up since no progress being made towards meeting deadlines given by us.- Overall service provided very disappointing especially considering its costly product / software solution offered! I like that it is easy to use and the customer service is great. I dislike that sometimes it takes a long time to get an answer from a customer service rep. I also dislike that sometimes it is hard to find the right product. It is a great tool. I have been using it for years. I have not had any problems with it. I recommend this product to anyone who needs a good eCommerce tool. I use it for my business. It is easy to use and it is easy to set up.
