When they say 7/8 ", they mean it.

The cutter worked well.The only thing I noticed was that the cutter body was flush with the Bottom of the carbide was I routed a 7/8" piece of wood using a template. And the joint between the part and the template was burning because the cutter body was rubbing against the wood. The rest of the cutter worked very well and if I had been without it it wouldn't have happened. Had the cutter body been a bit shorter this would have been fixed. A great piece for the price.

Pros

This window stool cutter allows you to cut work pieces up to 3/4" thick and 11/32" deep. The roundness is 3/32". .The overall length of the bit is 2-11/16" and the shank is 1/2".
